PowerGUI VSX 1.5.1 - Beta 2: Still has issue where up/down arrow causes the file to show as dirty and be checked out

Just installed the new Beta 2. When viewing a Read Only (checked-in) file, if I arrow up/down through the file, it gets checked out. Seems like I saw that this had been addressed in a previous change. Did it make it into the beta?
