Added Support for PowerGUI 3.1
Fixed an issue where the PowerGUI VSX module would attempt to load into the regular PowerGUI Script Editor
Fixed a bug in the project system the would prevent the project from being run successfully
Extracted PowerGUI wrapper assemblies into a more reusable configuration
Fixed a bug where an uninformative message would be shown if PowerGUI was out of date or not installed
The PowerGUI Console is now opened when debugging scripts
